1 Introduction

5 Terms of Use

6.1 Minimum Deposit

6.2 Funding Sources

6.3 Deposit Processing

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player and will be determined by your payment provider.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

8 Bonuses & Promotions

VIP805 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, which are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions published alongside the relevant promotion:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. 9 Betting Rules

9.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. For football markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), and international competitions — standard Association Football rules apply unless otherwise stated. In the event of a match abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours, bets may be voided at VIP805's discretion in accordance with applicable market rules.

9.2 Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting odds are updated in real time. VIP805 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice. 9.3 Casino Games

9.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the VIP805 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account.
• Using automated bots, software scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or live table games.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by VIP805

VIP805 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account may pose a risk to VIP805 or other users.

11.2 Fund Handling Upon Termination

In the event of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, VIP805 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, including real-money funds and bonus credits, where such forfeiture is justified by the nature of the breach. Where an Account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, outstanding real-money balances will be returned to the Player following satisfactory KYC verification.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion. 13 Limitation of Liability

15 Amendments to These Terms
